Meta Tag Glance
<META> Tag is a tag that is in the header (located between <HEAD> tag and </ HEAD>. Generally Meta tag is placed after the </ TITLE>. This tag is used to store some information about the document where this tag is located, but the information it is not intended to be displayed by the browser.
Explaining the Document Content
To explain the contents of document, pemogram can insert HTML NAME attribute with the contents of "description" and attributes CONTENT filled with information that can be recognized by search engines Web (Web Search Engine).
Determining Keywords
In order for a Web page is included when you create a Web search engine to search by a keyword, you can mention the key words that imply the content of your web page.
